What we’re making, in the open
A public roadmap with no dates: what comes first, what comes next, and what we’re still figuring out.

Roadmaps have a way of turning into promises, and promises about dates have a way of turning into apologies. So ours uses three words instead.
- At launch: in the first version of Togra you can download.
- Up next: being designed now, for after launch.
- Exploring: ideas we’re testing, and some won’t happen.
First: the social network
Drops, the Map, the Feed and Explore, Posts, messages, groups and Circles, Ping, Together and Trails. The whole social network, done properly, before we add anything else.
Next: making things worth going to
Tools for creators and places, limited releases that really are limited, Trails you can play, and Plus and Pro for people who want more to make with. Plus a few things that use AI to help you make and find: saying a Drop out loud, asking the map a question in your own words, getting a first draft of a Trail.
The AI can suggest things and write a first draft, and you decide what happens. It only works with what you’re allowed to see, and when it doesn’t know something, it says so.
Exploring
Bigger experiences for festivals, campuses and cities, and paid experiences from creators.
Plans change, and when they do, we’ll write about it here.
